Data Deletion / Data Request

Email support@digitalorion.in or message us on WhatsApp with the subject "Data Request", your name, and the email or phone number you used with us. Tell us whether you want access, correction or deletion.

We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on the request, to protect your information.

We confirm receipt within 3 working days and complete the request within 30 days.

Some records, such as invoices and payment records, may be kept where required by law. These are stored securely and deleted when no longer required.
