Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you cancel in writing before any work has started, the advance payment may be refunded, less any third-party costs already paid on your behalf (such as domains or hosting).

If you cancel after work has started, a partial refund may be considered after deducting the value of work completed, time spent and third-party costs. The amount is decided based on project progress.

No refund is available for work that has been completed, approved, delivered or published, or for maintenance periods already provided.

Domain registrations, hosting, paid plugins, licences and other third-party purchases are non-refundable once bought.

Email support@digitalorion.in with your name, project details and reason. We reply within 7 working days. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
